Q:Is there anyway to adapt the front wheel so that it will swivel? I didn’t realize the implications of a fixed wheel for everyday use.

A:

No and that is why I returned tin stroller.

Q:Do the sun shades come all the way down in front? I have a 6 month old and I want to be able to shade his face completely when jogging into the sun.

A:

We started using it when our youngest was 2 months and the sun shade covered her face completely then and still does. We absolutely love this stroller.

Q:Do this stroller fit in Toyota camry? Did anyone has international traveling experience with this?

A:

You would have to remove the front tire in order to make it fit.

Q:I’m 6’5″ and I have a hard time with my feet hitting the rear axle of most strollers, especially if I try to jog. Can anyone 6’3″+tell me if you experience the same or if the handle is long enough to prevent that from happening?

A:

I am only 5’8″ so I can’t help you with any height issues, but I must say the rear axle on the BOB is pretty far forward. I have never even come close to hitting it while running. In fact I have to sort of stretch my foot well underneath the stroller to activate the lock bar on the rear wheels. Hope that helps a little.

Q:How does this stroller handle on gravel roads?

A:

I use it on gravel and dirt, the only thing is this one the front tire does not turn so you have to lift the front and turn on the back but I wanted that as I use trails.

Q:How Young can the child be to run in? I have a Month old baby and wanted to know if I should use the carrier attachment or just thee stroller.

A:

You’ll need the car seat attachment until your baby is approximately 6 months old. At that point you should be able to strap them in without the car seat.

Q:would a 4 year old fit in this? about 40″ tall? I also have a 15month old but would like something for walks and jogging~!?

A:

Yes, a 4 year old would fit just fine. I have a 4 year old and she has plenty of room

Q:How much do the seats recline?

A:

close to all the way down.

Q:Do you have to remove the front wheel when collapsing?

A:

I don’t believe you have to remove the wheel to collapse it. However I don’t want to pull it out of the box and assemble it before I sell it. Because then I’m sure somebody would say I sold it to them as used. LOL

Q:How does this version compare to the Ironman dual version for serious running?

A:

There is only one negative to this stroller: the permanently locked wheel. Everything else is stellar and easily trail capable. But because of the locked wheel, it’s too cumbersome to use everyday. If you only want it for running it can’t be beat, you need a locked wheel for that anyway.

Q:Ok, I have a 48lb 6 year old and a 24lb 13 month old. Do you think it would be too heavy to jog with in your opinion?

A:

No I don’t think so. The shocks on this thing are great. It will be harder to turn because it’s hard to turn anyway since the front wheel is locked. As far as just pushing it though it’s very easy.

Q:will this work for a 3 year old? is there a heigh maximum?

A:

My three year old daughter used it all summer along side her 2 year old brother. She is very tall for 3 (95%tile) and she was comfortable. There is not a lot of head room under the canopy but she never complained.

Q:Does it have a hand brake?

A:

Yes it has a hand break

Q:What is the difference between this and the revolution?

A:

This is jogging with non swirling wheel! I returned as it was difficult to turn, its perfect for running

Q:What is the weight limit on this stroller?

A:

The weight limit is 100 lbs.

Q:Is this too big and heavy for jogging on a paved road?

A:

No. That is what this was made for. The biggest thing the affects weight is how much your children weigh.

Q:Does this stroller already come assembled? If not, is it hard to put together?

A:

It comes assembled, you just have to put the wheels on. It was easy.

Q:Can this go on the beach?

A:

Oh heck yeah! I live on the beach in Maine. It plows through deep sand with not too much effort. – think pushing a mountain bike through sand. Resistance but doable. The low tide sand where it’s wet and packed down feels like you’re coasting on smooth pavement. I jog regularly on the beach with our stroller.

Q:What year is it? Was it ever part of the recall?

A:

I purchased it last spring (2013), never recalled.

Q:This may be a silly question, but does this stroller fit through standard doorways?

A:

I haven’t had any trouble making it through doorways into and out of businesses. I have had some issues going down the isles of my local gas station and bodega mart where I can run to get milk, though.

Q:excuse my ignorance – but do these kind of strollers have regular seats and don’t need a car seat also???

A:

Roseanne. The seat is for older infants and toddlers that can sit up. There is an adapter available for car seats. I’m not sure if its compatible with all car seats but you could go to the BOB webpage and look there. I think they sell one for each seat incase you are using for like an infant and toddler but if you have twins you would need two. There is also a cup holder attachment for the handlebar and a snack tray for older kids.

Q:Does this only accept BOB carseat adapters or will others work?

A:

Only BOB. Didn’t get the stroller until my youngest was 4-5 months so I could skip the adapter. I do have the snack trays and would be the same locking mechanism as the adapter. I think other brands would lock in differently and wouldn’t fit.

Q:under product description it says it comes with weather cover, car seat adaptor and other extras. Does it really?

A:

No you have to buy them all separate

Q:Can this jogging stroller be used with baby trend infant car seats? I didn’t see that adaptor listed.

A:

We never received the stroller.
