Please click on a question to see its answers.

Q:Is a cup holder included?

A:

No. I had to purchase the cup holder console separately. It was $20 and well worth it.

Q:Does this stroller fit through normal doorways?

A:

I have never had a problem finding my stroller through normal doorways.I do go slowly, but it fits just fine. I have to say it is one of the best purchases I have made for my kids. I use it constantly.

Q:How to repair the Bob stroller handle bar?

A:

What’s the damage? If it’s to the squishy grip, there’s probably not much they can do because it would require disassembly of all the parts that are riveted onto the bar through the grip material. However, if that’s your issue, I did a pretty nice looking repair of my single BOB where the grip got torn using tennis racquet grip. (You can pick up raquet grip at just about any sporting goods store.) I just wrapped the whole thing. It looks nice, and is less prone to tears compared to the original material.

Q:Can you have a 1 year old in one side & a baby car seat on the other in the twin stroller?

A:

Yes, they sell an adapter that is for the infant car seat on one side and is a snack tray on the other side.

Q:Is this a good jogging/running stroller or is their ironman better equipped for this?

A:

Absolutely. I’ve trained for a marathon and done various other distance runs with this. I really like the front swivel tire because its easier for me to turn and maneuver the stroller. My runs take me all over, sidewalks, trails, parks, etc. However my running partner has the Ironman and prefers the locked front wheel. Its a preference thing. Mine does have the ability to have a locked front wheel but that drives me bananas! I would NEVER recommend this stroller to a non runner! Its very costly if your not going to run with it, but for me it’s worth every penny since I’ve done ALOT of running.

Q:twins: Does the Duallie stroller have the capability to hold two car seats for twins?

A:

With the old one you could only use one car seat at a time, and I have not seen a double car seat bar for the new (just tray/tray and car seat/tray) You can put a baby directly in the Bob, it lays flat enough and then just get a J J Cole body support (it’s better than the snuzzler IMO but about the same price) We did this with my youngest at 4-5 weeks. If you really want the ease of popping in and out with a bucket, even if Bob offered such an add on, with their prices you wouldn’t pay much more for a new double snap n go, less for used, and it would be so much easier to travel with. Q:Is this 2013 model?

A:

Yes, I believe so.

Q:Does anyone know if this stroller will fit in the trunk of a Toyota Camry? Also debating between the fixed wheel and the swivel. Will mainly be used for walking on rough roads with some hills, no jogging, with a nb and a 2 yr old. Recommendations?…

A:

i imported the Bob from the USA to Germany, and i just love it, thought that i would only use in the country,
buy now we use for the city also, The Bob Duallie can be made into a fixed wheel or a swivel wheel, very easy,
breaks down easy and lies flat in most trunks,
wheels are also easily removable, pushes like no other buggy, so easy, cant say enough about this baby buggy. *****

Q:is there a travel bag that this fits into

A:

I did not look for one since it is so large; sorry I cannot be of more help.

Q:Is the handlebar adjustable? I’m 5’3″ and would be the primary user. However, I’m wondering if my 6’1” husband would be comfortable using too?

A:

Yes it is adjustable and works fine for his 6’3″ and my 5’6″ height.

Q:Can you bring it with you when you take international flight?

A:

Yes, you sure can. It will be taken away at the gate and returned to you when you get off the plane.

Q:How “big” of a kid can you fit in this?

A:

i’m 35 and i fit perfectly in it…of course I’m pretty thin soooo. but seriously i don’t know because my oldest is 3 and 36inches tall and has room for growth.

Q:Do the tires need a special air pump? Any recommendations for a pump? Thanks.

A:

the tires don’t need an special air pump, they could use the same pumps we use for cars or bikes

Q:Do the seats recline separately?

A:

Yes the seats backings are independent of each other. As such they can be reclined separately. Also the covers on top can be pulled down separately or pull back.

Q:I’m 5′ 1″ tall. Is the handlebar too high for someone my height to run comfortably with?

A:

My wife is 5’1″ and runs comfortably with the stroller. She loves it.

Q:Is the Bob fine if a 13 pound baby can’t hold up his head yet?

A:

I would say not on it’s own but you could probably lay the seat back a little and put one of those head rests things in there…that might work!!

Q:Is there a airport bag for the double stroller?

A:

No, I searched for one extensively, as I travel frequently. Unless I missed something, then the answer to your question is no, unfortunately. Can the makers of the Duallie, if reading this, please design a travel bag for this stroller?

Q:Can u use an infant carseat with the stroller? (we have the Britax-B Safe)

A:

I had to buy a separate piece. It’s called an infant car seat adapter and there is one that is compatible to Britax.

Q:Does the canopy go all the way forward if needed?

A:

yes kind of, it folds out about parallel to the ground.

Q:What does the SE mean? What’s the difference between a Bob revolution duallie?

A:

The wheels are all different. I would recommend visiting the bob website for the meaning and differences. Basically the SE you can have the front wheel swivel or lock it to become stationary. I believe the other strollers are all locked straight.

Q:I’m a tall mom (6′)–how comfortably will this stroller jog for me? I can’t find a height on the specs. Thanks!

A:

I believe so my nephew is 5’11” and he really like it. They live in FLORIDA and they use it on the Sandy beaches.

Q:Does the double bob fit in the back of a minivan?

A:

Yes, it easily collapses and fits in a minivan or Yukon ๐Ÿ™‚

Q:What YEAR is the Bob Revolution Duallie Stroller that you are selling?

A:

I bought this in 2012. I’m not selling though.

Q:In Stroller BOB Revolution Twin, can be placed two (2) Car Seat or can be placed only one (1)?

A:

Just one car seat

Q:Why lock the front wheel while jogging (as per the description)? Should I choose a different model if I intend to use it mainly for jogging?

A:

I never lock the front wheel. And I can’t really see why anyone really would because you don’t always run in a straight line. I think it’s just a feature “in case you want it”. Feel confident in this purchase. It’s an amazing stroller and it maintains its value for resale as well.

Q:My Questions is for weight and height- My oldest boy is 4 years old but big for his age!! His height is 48″ & weight is 52 lbs. I also have another son that would be in it as well. He is 2 years old and his height is 34″ and weight is 33 lbs. I see…

A:

Your eldest son is only 2# over the stated weight limit. I’d go ahead and try. The fabric on the BOB strollers is of better quality and durability than many other strollers, so I’d think it would be okay. As to height, if he’s too tall, just fold his portion of the sun shade up.

Q:Has anyone used a “universal” handlebar console? The reviews for the Bob compatable one arent that great..

A:

Works great.

Q:This is meant to be used for jogging, but I read there’s no hand brake. Is that right? That seems like a huge safety issue given that it’s a dualie.

A:

It does not have a hand brake. It has a wrist strap but that is about it. I jog with my single but I’ve not attempted to with the double. It’s rather heavy so might take a little extra conditioning to jog at a decent pace with the double.

Q:Does the stroller come with a handlebar?

A:

Yes, it does. It has a safety strap attached to the handlebar as well. It does not have a handbrake like the Ironman version.

Q:Will it fit in the back of my vw tiguan (smaller vw SUV)?

A:

I’m going to say yes. It fits in my Prius if I remove the front wheel.

Q:Does this stroller fit comfortably between two parked cars in a parking lot? (For putting babies back into the car after a grocery trip, etc)

A:

It really is too big to fit between cars in a parking lot. We usually have to park it behind the car and then carry the kids.

Q:Can I use my single car seat bar adapter on the duallie or do I have to by the double stroller adapter for the car seat?

A:

I almost 100% sure you have to buy the double due to the fact that it spans the width of the double stroller.

Q:At what age can you run with an infant without the carseat adaptor?

A:

I don’t have the manual handy but I’m pretty sure it says 9 months as long as the child has good control of their head movement. I know I ran with my oldest daughter before her first birthday.

Q:Does the single graco car seat adapter work with the double bob stroller?

A:

No, you have to purchase the adapter for the double stroller. Bummer…I know. ๐Ÿ™

Q:Help! Read this has 44″ ht limit, how accurate is this?Have 38″ 2 yr old! Easy open close? Fits into a Pilot?Extra good or bad? Max total wt? THNX!!

A:

My 42 inch two year old fits fine. His head rests against the shade canopies when closed but he doesn’t mind.

Close is harder than the City Mini but not bad. Two steps and a bulky lift but doable.

Fits into a Pilot easy. Fits in my Highlander with a single stroller. And fits in our Prius with the front wheel off.

Overall, great stroller for hiking, the zoo, disneyland, etc. Not great for the mall or trips to the grocery store.

Q:Will a three year old fit in this stroller comfortably? My son will be 3 soon and is 38 inches tall and 35 pounds and I am wondering if he will fit ?

A:

My son is 36 inches and 33 pounds. His head hits the sun shade when it is closed. Owtherwise he fits ok.

Q:At what age did you feel comfortable walking with your infant in the double stroller (not in the carseat) but actually sitting in the stroller?

A:

Our neighbor walked with her 1 month old in it using a carseat insert (like the kiddopatomus snuzzler) it worked great!

Q:Does a newborn fit into this stroller? Is there enough head support?

A:

I never put a newborn in it as my kids were older when I bought mine, but my friend bought an insert that allows her carseat to fit into her BOB stroller until the baby is old enough to hold her head up. That’s what I would recommend you do with a newborn as I don’t think it would have enough support.

Q:what is the weight of the Bob Duallie? What are the overall dimensions?

A:

It is 33 lbs and Dimensions
51.4 x 30.8 x 40.7 inches. So about the weight of some toddlers and fits through a standard doorway

Q:Will the Duallie run uneven with only one child? Wanted to start running with my 1-year old before baby #2 comes in Sept.

A:

Yes, I run half of the time with my 22pound little girl on her own and it is fine. I love it! The rest of the time I have my son who is 40 lbs and it is good too.

Q:Will it fit in my trunk? Would love to get a new, bigger car for a 2nd kid, but that’s not quite in the budget just yet.

A:

You may be able to get it in after removing the wheels. I haven’t actually put my BOB in the vehicle (just walk everywhere), so not sure, nor do I have a Jetta ๐Ÿ™

Q:This stroller does not have a hand brake, does anyone have issues with running downhill since it’s a double and heavy with two kids?

A:

No issues at all! Believe it or not it’s not a heavy stroller. I push a 22 pound and 30 pound kid.

But of your gonna spend the money you should check out the newest 2014 model, it’s basically the same price right now on Amazon it’s called the BOB Revolution Flex Duallie Stroller.

Q:Is there any structural difference between the BOB Revolution and the BOB Stroller Stride? Is there any difference in quality?

A:

Not that I’ve read, but see the Bob website for a complete comparison: http://www.bobgear.com/strollers/compare .

Q:Can I take a BOB double stroller through airport security? Does anybody know if a BOB will fit through airport security x-ray machine?

A:

Some airlines have 20 pound limits on strollers now. I’d check that first and foremost. If you’re cleared, a dualie should fit anywhere a wheel chair would go, so you should be OK… strollers are often hand searched or wanded etc to handle the security thing. but the dualie is seriously a beast. I’m not sure I’d want to make the gate check people haul that baby up and down those tiny steps. Unless it’s really crucial you have this particular stroller at your destination, I’d come up with a different travel stroller arrangement.
